Thursday 27 november 2008 was ICAD awards night in Dublin's Radisson Hotel. The Institute of Creative Advertising Awards were celebrating 5o years. The institute relies heavily on voluntary help to get events like the awards running and this year I was delighted to be asked to contribute with the branding of the awards.

As it was the 50th anniversary, a fifties theme seemed obvious and working alongside design company Red Dog we came up with a few ideas with a Saul Bass/ Jim Flora 50s flavour.


On the night I was delighted to be nominated, unfortunately no bell this year. I am really pleased to get 2 pieces in the book due to be published next year.
